The Air Suspension Challenge
When your GM SUV's air suspension needs replacement, you face several options:
OEM (AC Delco)
Factory original equipment with excellent quality but at premium prices.
Suncore Industries
Budget option with questionable reliability and warranty service.
Arnott
Middle-of-the-road option with acceptable pricing but "squishy" ride quality.
Vigor Air Suspension

Installation Process
Installing air shocks on a GMC Yukon Denali is straightforward, though the passenger side requires a few extra steps:
- Raise the vehicle and support it safely with jack stands
- Remove the wheel
- On the passenger side, remove the inner fender liner (optional on driver's side)
- Disconnect the air line by pulling back the plastic clip
- Unplug the electrical connector by pulling up on the tab
- Remove the top and bottom bolts (21mm) using a jack to support the rear axle
- Install the new shock in the same orientation
- Torque both bolts to 85 foot-pounds
- Reconnect the electrical connector and air line
- Reinstall the fender liner and wheel
- Repeat on the other side
