Shipping Policy

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer free shipping on qualified items that are shipped using standard ground to residential and commercial addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Free shipping is not available on international, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO orders. 

Order Processing Time

All orders placed on Monday to Sunday are processed and dispatched within 4-5 business days.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we may be able to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees outside of United State. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Order Cancellation After Shipment

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. To cancel, please contact us at support@vigorairride.com. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your cancellation request. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
