🚚 Shipping

Free Shipping: Available for eligible products shipped within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 4–5 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

No P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please contact support@vigorairride.com promptly if your address needs correction.

International Orders:
Duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

🔁 Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in original packaging
  • All parts and tags included

Return Shipping:

  • Our error (wrong/defective item): We cover return shipping
  • Customer change of mind: You cover return shipping

To request a return, email support@vigorairride.com with your order number, issue, and photos if applicable.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your returned product.

⚠️ Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours.

  • Email support@vigorairride.com
  • Include order number, photos, and a description of the issue
  • We'll review and resolve with a replacement or refund

🛑 Order Cancellation

Within 24 Hours: Cancel your order for a full refund before shipment.

After Shipment: You can still return it, but return shipping will be your responsibility.
