Wont work in 2006 E61 530xi

I purchased these in new condition from a seller on Ebay. I pulled my leaking OEM bags from my car and started the install process of these Vigor bags. When it came time to twist them into place on the chassis all was good until I noticed the lower bag end was not clocked correct. In order for the bag to sit down over the alignment pin it needed to rotate when unlocked it from the chassis. I am not sure if these I got are defective from how they were manufactured or what but the clocking of the upper and lower pads on these bags do not match the OEM BMW bags and their-for will not work. Its a shame as they look like a good quality but if they are not clocked correctly they can not be installed correctly.
