- If I need a refund, will it be in the same payment method I used at the beginning?
Yes, it is. In most cases, refunds are given in the same currency and payment method with which you originally purchased. In case you have paid in parts and with different methods, all of them will be refunded the same amount paid.
- What is your return policy?
The only way we accept returns is if the item is sealed and in its packaging, all within 30 days. There may be an exchange of the same product or a full refund of the product. Therefore, if you have already used the product there is no possibility of a refund.
- How do I make a purchase?
There are two purchasing options, the online shop or the Amazon shop. Both are available for different parts of the country, so you can order it in any of these places without worrying, as we do not charge extra.
- Can I track my order after it has been shipped?
Of course you can! This starts with a shipping confirmation email once the order has been placed. From there you will be provided with a tracking number and link to track the progress of your package as it arrives at its destination. Please note that all of this will be provided within 5-7 working days of the package being dispatched.
- How much will I pay for shipping?
There is no shipping cost to Canada and the United States for both; the physical shop and amazon.
- What happens if I receive a defective product?
We are very careful when shipping any product to our customers, but it may happen in the rare case that we ship a product that has been damaged during shipping or otherwise. If this happens, we will need you to contact us immediately and take a photograph of the damaged product, depending on what has happened we will let you know what the next steps are.
- How long does the return process take?
Although it is rare for us to receive return orders, in the event that we need a return we will require a transaction of 4 working days from the return report. Acceptance of your request will be sent by email at email@example.com.
- What payment methods can I use?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Amazon Pay.
- Can I cancel my purchase?
It is possible, but only if the refusal of the purchase has been made within 24 hours of ordering the product. If you need to cancel, we prefer that you do so by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- What does my order need to have?
To accept your order we will need you to provide us with your full name and fixed address, as sending the product to the wrong place will not be our responsibility. We ask for this information at the beginning of the procedure.
